Christmas/Holiday 2015 Polish Collections To Fawn Over

I hate to be too ahead of the game, but one thing I love about this time of year is the array of Winter/Christmas/Holiday Nail Polish Collections previewed before they launch to get excited about and obviously fawn over before the festive season.
As soon as October hits we have lots of lovely beauty goodies, geared towards Christmas and gift giving, but are perfect for popping in your basket for your own personal use, even treat yourself on the run up to the festive period. But before we start writing our letters to Santa, let’s take a look at the Christmas/Holiday 2015 Polish Collections To Fawn Over!

If you are anything like me, a general beauty junkie, with a large focus on nail polishes, you will be keeping your eyes peeled for the Christmas gift sets, Holiday and Winter nail polish collections to add to your own Lust Lists and Christmas Wish Lists!

Ideal for people who ask you what you would like for Christmas, or birthday (if you are a December birthday like me) or even to treat yourself at this time of year.

Chanel’s Christmas makeup offerings are always a lovely luxurious treat, their seasonal collections polish offerings are really ticking the boxes for me at the moment. The first launch which really caught my eye is Rouge Noir themed makeup collection, featuring their classic Rouge Noir polish, along with other Rouge Noir toned makeup products.

In case you are not familiar with Rouge Noir (where have you been?), it’s a deep wine toned black nail shade which is so flattering on the nails.

There’s also the beautiful Gold Sparkle Top Coat, which gives a gold leaf effect onto your nails. This shade is perfect for the festive period and Christmas!

The other shade polish shade is a rose gold toned metallic called Rose Fusion, which gilds the nail in beautiful rose gold. Really sublime!

All three shades polish shades are gorgeous in this Chanel Rouge Noir Christmas 2015 Collection, and in my personal opinion, this is one of the best launches in recent years.

Available from the 6th November, pop the date in your calendar to avoid disappointment and a sell out situation, so you can bag the shades you desire!

Essie really did well with their Leggy Legend Fall Collection, but their upcoming Winter Collection 2015 looks lovely!

The Virgin Snow Winter 2015 Collection is a combination of icy shades, metallics, bold reds and dark shades.

For the icy shades, there is Virgin Snow – an icy frozen lavender and Peak Show – a scenic powder pink, perfect winter pastels.

For warming reds there is Shall We Chalet? – seductive ruby and Altitude Attitude – elevated sublime scarlet, both beautifully wintry reds.

For me the perfectly formed Après-Chic – an iconic platinum shade is just a perfect silvery metallic for winter along with Haute Tub – a gorgeous jet black with amethyst fire.

A lovely collection which I plan on picking up when it becomes available!

The US Launch date is for September 2015 but isn’t specified for the UK and Ireland. I presume based on prior years it most likely will become available mid-October/ early November.

Be sure to keep an eye out in Boots, Superdrug and Debenhams for the Essie Winter 2015 Virgin Snow Collection release!

For me, the OPI Starlight Holiday 2015 Collection looks an absolute beaut of a winter collection. This collection of 18 limited edition nail lacquers takes polish style to another level!

These shades, taken from the stratosphere, are colourful glittery hues from the night sky, as mesmerising as deep space itself, and are a complete space odyssey!

“From rich jewel tones and unearthly metallics to spectacular glitters and celebratory confettis, we love these shades and textures to the moon and back,” says Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Co-Founder & Brand Ambassador.

With so many shades in this collection, I will leave below a detailed list and brief description of each polish and swatches. I am in awe of this collection, if you are anything like me you will picking up at least half of the collection!
